Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process set out in section 2 below.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
2: Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by sending an email to clothingsteeze@gmail.com or 081-335-2756 via WhatsApp.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if the variation is not available if that is your preference).
1. Q: Where is South Steeze?
A: We are an online retailer, we do not have any brick and mortar shops in any province in South Africa.
2. Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We only accept upfront payments via Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards, manual electronic funds transfer (EFT), Instant EFT or BANK DEPOSITS.
3. Q: Where is my order?
A: When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email or sms with the subject line: ‘Your order is ready to go!’ This email contains a tracking link. Click on this link and BOOM! It will take you directly to our order tracking page
4. Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our experienced Customer Support team on Whatsapp. Unfortunately our Customer Support team is unable to process exchanges for reasons other than size.
5. Q: How do I return the product for a REFUND?
A: Yes, we do offer refunds for damaged items. Refund only valid for 3 days after receiving the product. 
6. Q: Which items cannot be returned?
A: The following products may not be returned: Underwear and earrings may not be returned. 

You may only return swimwear, if the hygiene strip is still in position and it's clear the garment has merely been tried on and not worn. 

We also request that you keep on your underwear when trying on our swimwear. Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated to or added to may also not be returned.
7. Q: How do you deliver?
A: We use PostNet or Aramex to deliver! Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Bad Service

My order came late and wrong size too, you brought size 7 instead of size 6. You lack communication, I have been sending emails for exchanges and you never responded till this day. Poor service. Please bring back my money.

I would like to thank Dylan for the excellent service. I was a bit stressed out because I needed the Nike Air Force by they 27 Sept. After I ordered the said sneaker early in September but was so disappointed with supplier who had stock but delivered the wrong sneaker and refused to exchange if I don’t pay to shipped the sneaker back.I end taking to Mr Google and South Steeze popped up. I immediately enquired and was in contact with Dylan from the Friday 23 Sept 22 who promised to make a plan. He was in contact with me daily to provide feedback and even assisted me with courier service and my order was delivered as promised on 27 Sept 22. Yes I can say that I will recommend South Steeze 110% to any wanting to make use of their service because there are many scammers out their that want to steal your money you work hard.
